Cat Safeguard is a family-owned business in Houston, TEXAS. Cat Safeguard's owner is an electrical engineer who holds multiple patents for military avionics (stuff used in airplanes). The idea for Cat Safeguard was born when his wife came home a couple of years ago and told him that her colleague's catalytic converter had been stolen. It didn’t require much research to discover that catalytic converter theft was a major problem that was getting worse every day as thieves discovered that removal from the vehicle was as easy as cutting two pipes and selling the device for quick cash.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
Catalytic converter theft has been around for quite a few years but has exploded since the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic as more and more thieves are looking for ways to supplement their income
